The transmission is one of the most important transmission components of the wheel loader, which is responsible for transmitting speed and torque from the engine to the final drive system, changing the transmission ratio between the engine and the wheels, and realizing the forward and reverse manipulation of the loader. When there is a problem with the transmission, the cause can be investigated according to different situations.
1,When shifting gear, it cannot enter the gear smoothly.
The causes are:
(1) The pressure of the pressure valve is too low;
(2) The hydraulic pump works poorly and the seal is not good;
(3) Hydraulic line is blocked;
(4) Damaged or leaking clutch seals;
(4) The transmission valve lever is not in place.
2,Transmission shifting, gears cannot be disengaged.
The causes are.
(1) Expanded piston ring;
(2) Clutch friction plate is burned;
(3) Failure or damage of clutch return spring;
(4) Clogged oil return line.
3, has been hung on the gear, but the loader runs weak, and even can not walk.
The reasons are:
(1) The friction plate wear is serious, the gap is too large;
(2) Clutch automatic emptying valve seal is not tight, so the pressure drops.
(3) Shift control valve pipeline blockage;
(4) Shut-off valve cannot return to position;
(5) Shift valve positioning spring fatigue or breakage, steel ball jumping.
(5) clutch piston ring, seal ring wear serious, so that the leakage is serious.
4,Manipulation pressure is too low.
The causes are:
(1) Insufficient oil in the transmission sump;
(2) Leakage in the main oil passage;
(3) Clogged transmission filter.
(4) Damage to the steering pump (or hydraulic pump) resulting in severe internal leakage;
(5) Improperly adjusted transmission regulator pressure.
(6) Transmission pressure valve spring failure or breakage.
5,The transmission automatically shifts out of gear or shifts out of position.
The causes are.
(1) shift control valve positioning device failure, the main reason for failure is to locate the ball wear serious, or spring failure;
(2) shift lever due to long-term use, rod position, length changes, rod proportion inaccurate, so that the operating position.
How to carry out preventive maintenance of the transmission?
According to JB/Z194-83, and combined with the actual maintenance, the following regulations should be followed:
(1) Routine maintenance: check the oil level of the oil low shell.
(2) 50 hours (or weekly): Check that the speed control knob is flexible and effective.
(3) 250 hours (only after the first 250 hours of operation): Clean the gear unit oil pan and the gear unit filter element;
(4) 500 hours: Clean the oil pan filter and replace the transmission fluid;
(5) 2000 hours: Dismantle the transmission and torque converter for inspection and maintenance.
