21 Ton Wheeled Hydraulic Excavator (RW210W)

Product Overview
This 21 ton wheel excavator delivers the digging power of a mid-size excavator with the mobility of a wheeled machine - making it the go-to choice for urban construction, municipal projects and road maintenance work. Unlike tracked excavators that require flatbed transport between job sites, this rubber-tire model drives itself on paved roads, cutting transit time and transport costs substantially.
Powered by a reliable Cummins diesel engine and paired with a high-pressure hydraulic system, it delivers smooth, responsive digging performance with 0.9m³ bucket capacity and 9.8 meters of maximum digging depth. The reinforced boom and arm structure handle heavy-duty digging and loading cycles, while the ergonomic cabin keeps operators productive through full work shifts. Its balanced combination of digging performance and travel speed makes it one of the most versatile machines in the 20-ton class.

Key Design & Performance Advantages
1. Road-Legal Mobility Between Job Sites
Unlike tracked excavators that require lowbed trailer transport, this wheeled model travels at up to 35 km/h on paved roads - driving directly between job sites without additional transport equipment. This cuts mobilization time from hours to minutes and eliminates hauling fees, a major advantage for contractors working multiple urban sites.
2. Cummins Power with Global Service Network
The 6-cylinder Cummins B5.9 engine delivers 118kW of power with proven reliability across every global market. Cummins has authorized service centers and spare parts distributors in nearly every country, so downtime from engine issues stays minimal regardless of where you operate. The turbocharged design also maintains consistent power at high altitudes.
3. Dual-Pump Hydraulic System for Smooth, Fast Cycles
The dual variable-displacement piston pump system delivers 34MPa working pressure with independent flow control for boom, arm and bucket functions. This means you can combine swing, lift and curl movements simultaneously for faster, more efficient digging cycles. The load-sensing design also reduces fuel consumption during light-duty work.
4. Pavement-Friendly Operation for Urban Work
The heavy-duty rubber tires cause virtually no damage to asphalt and concrete surfaces - a critical benefit for city street work, parking lot construction and municipal projects. Outrigger stabilizers provide a firm, level base for digging operations while keeping the tires from carrying the full digging load, extending tire life significantly.

Regional Adaptation & Market Fit
For contractors sourcing a versatile 21 ton wheel excavator for urban and infrastructure projects, this model is configured to perform reliably across common regional working conditions:
Southeast Asia: The fast travel speed and pavement-friendly tires are perfect for rapidly growing urban construction markets. The Cummins engine has strong regional parts support, and the standard tropical cooling package handles high-temperature, high-humidity operation. Ideal for city road construction, municipal drainage projects and urban redevelopment work.
Africa: The straightforward mechanical design and widely available Cummins engine make it well suited for regions with varying levels of technical support. Its multi-purpose capability - digging, loading and site cleanup - delivers strong value for mid-size contractors and government infrastructure projects. The high ground clearance handles unpaved access roads well.
Middle East: The upgraded high-temperature cooling system and heavy-duty air filtration maintain reliable performance in 50°C+ desert conditions. Its mobility between scattered infrastructure sites across sprawling urban areas is a major efficiency gain. Common applications include municipal road networks, utility trench digging and large-scale site preparation.
Latin America: The combination of digging performance and road mobility works well for both urban construction and rural infrastructure projects. Cummins engine support is well established across the region. Road-speed travel between scattered job sites reduces overall project logistics costs substantially.
Optional Attachments & Work Packages
Expand the machine's versatility with job-specific attachments, all compatible with the standard hydraulic quick-coupler:
Municipal Road Package: Standard digging bucket + hydraulic breaker + grapple - ideal for road repair, utility trench work and urban demolition projects.
Pipe Laying Package: Narrow trenching bucket + tilt rotator + pipe grab - suited for municipal drainage, water supply and underground utility installation projects.
Site Development Package: General-purpose bucket + grading bucket + auger drill - perfect for site preparation, foundation digging and landscaping work.

This Is Our Packing Process To Ensure Safe Delivery.
Before loading:
- Wash and repaint the vehicle.
- Measure the equipment's dimensions (length x width x height), weight, and center of gravity.
- Inspect vulnerable parts (such as hydraulic hoses, instrument panel, and precision components) and mark protective points.
- Determine whether the equipment needs to be disassembled (e.g., removing the boom, tires, or cab to save space).
Loading preparation:
- Cushioning materials: Foam board, wood strips, air cushion film.
- Reinforcement materials: Wire rope, nylon strapping, angle steel, wooden planks.
- Lay moisture-proof wooden planks inside the container.
Loading:
- Use a forklift/crane to place the equipment on the wooden planks, with the center of gravity near the center of the container.
- Secure the base using specialized fasteners (such as twist locks, anchor bolts) or welded L-brackets.
- Maintain a distance of 10 cm or more between the equipment and the container wall, using wooden planks to prevent sway.
- Long overhangs (such as excavator arms) require additional support frames to prevent deformation.
- Wire rope + tensioner for diagonal securing.
After loading:
Each step is photographed and sent to the customer.
