In July, a mixed container of excavators and dumpers were finished at our factory and successfully loaded for shipment to our European dealer. They all have CE certificates, and their engine emissions comply with European market standards.
The shipment includes the following models:
(1).Mini 3t crawler excavators: 2 units;
(2).Mini 1.5 ton crawler excavators: 4 units;
(3).Diesel crawler mini dumpers: 2 units;
(4).Electric wheeled dumpers: 4 units;
The excavators came with a range of attachments such as hydraulic breakers, augers, buckets and rippers in order to meet local customers' needs and wants. They are suitable for landscaping, orchards, and farmland. Also, the machine colors' were customized for our dealers. All the machines, attachments and spare parts could fit into a 40HQ container.
Before the loading, we thoroughly washed and cleaned every each of equipment, inspected the paintwork and found out imperfection. The loading would be proceeded only after the machines passed inspection. Simultaneously, we wrapped the machines well with protective cloth to prevent scratches caused by shipping on the water. We also secured the machines with safety straps and wooden wedges to prevent shifting to make sure the goods arrive at the customer's hand safely and perfectly.
For RIGID new mini dumpers, we used steel stacks to do the stack-up loading. It is not only could save the room in the container, also save the shipping cost for our customer. We took photos and videos step by step when the machines loaded, and then subsequently issued a professional loading report. This allows our customer to see how the machines were loaded, where the attachments and parts put in the container. Our customer will follow our loading report to do unloading and count attachments and free parts to make sure there are no any things missed in this order.
